Adjuvant treatment
The decision to initiate adjuvant treatment, whether or not, should be discussed with the patient and within a multidisciplinary team. All pros and cons should be clearly outlined. The general practitioner should also be involved through a multidisciplinary team (MOC) or telemedicine consultation.
Usually it concerns medication and/or radiation.
