Caregivers
A caregiver regularly cares for a family member, friend, or neighbor who needs care or support. Often, it's not a choice; it's simply something you fall into. Caregiving isn't a paid job or volunteer work, and anyone, young or old, can take on the role. Children can also be caregivers for a parent.
It is important that you, as a caregiver, also take good care of yourself, that you still have your own life and that you can relax.
